We take our responsibility
We strive to innovate our solution continuously and keep improving ourselves. The focus is now, for example, on the development of the ProActivians, so that they remain sustainably employable. Visma (of which we have been an independent part since 2018) invests in various communities and charities. We take our responsibility
Non-profit customers
We are mainly active among non-profit organizations, such as schools and healthcare institutions. We understand that healthcare workers don’t enjoy administrative tasks when their clients and patients need their undivided attention. We understand that it is difficult for a school community to save on administration in order to invest more money in the schools. And we understand that lost invoices are unacceptable for a collection agency. The Spend Cloud helps.
Social return
- We financially contribute to, for example, Ocean clean-up, Cliniclowns and microcredits to customers.
- In addition, we sponsor ‘United by Music’ for talented people with an intellectual disability, the hockey shirts of the Bloemendaal sports club and the HKC Oosterkwartier korfball club.
Corporate Social Responsibility
- We use Google to support our internal processes. Google operates carbon neutral and invests in carbon-free and sustainable energy use.
- e only use company and lease cars that comply with Euro 6 standards and have an energy label A, B, or C.
- We strive to work paperless.
Sustainable travel
We encourage employees to use sustainable travel methods. There is a charging station for electric cars at the door and travel costs for public transport are fully reimbursed (while this is not the case for car travel: 19 cents reimbursement from 10 kilometres). In addition, we want to implement a bicycle plan in the future. Air travel is only (fully) reimbursed when it is relevant, correctly registered, proven and within reason.
Paperless processes
By using digitization and automation, we work almost paperless ourselves. With the Spend Cloud, we also enable other organizations to work as paperless as possible. No more loose invoices or receipts that need to be archived, because they can be seamlessly stored between other digital data by means of scans and photos. Contracts can also be sent by email and signed online these days, so printing is largely a thing of the past.
