From ProActive to Spend Cloud

A small change in your environment

You may have noticed that we (ProActive) refer to our software as the Spend Cloud instead of ProActive. This is because we want to differentiate between the company and the product. It would make sense that within your organization people still refer to the software as ProActive, but this will change.

We are ProActive, creators of the Spend Cloud. This product originated out of our ambition to grow and improve. Organizations can use this cloud-based solution to manage all of their business expenses. Non-profit, education, health care, businesses can gain insight, oversight, and control over their spend. The Spend Cloud is THE tool to keep growing and improving yourself. We can optimize together!

What stays the same?

  • The name of the company. The company will still be named ProActive. 
  • The software. You will still be able to use Invoice Processing, Procurement, Contract Management, Cash & Card, Expense Claims, Spend Analysis, and the Spend Cloud Portal. Your expense management, analyses, and reports will stay the same and you can keep researching and exchanging information in the portal.
  • Usage. The way you use the software today will be no different from the way you can use it tomorrow. 
  • Logging in. You will be able to log in just as you are used to. 
  •  

What does change?

  • We will be calling our software ‘Spend Cloud’ instead of ProActive. 
  • The logo in your environment will be changed to a Spend Cloud logo.
